All In for K-State 2022: April 1 Pre-application Workshop

Lets Get Started typographyWhile All In for K-State 2021 advances to the finish line, the KSU Foundation invites current Kansas State University faculty, staff and students in good standing who are interested in applying to be the All In for K-State 2022 fundraising focus to a pre-application workshop. Registration for the workshop is found online at ksufoundation.org/all-in.

Workshop registration deadline is noon, Wednesday, March 31, 2021. Applicants are encouraged but not required to attend the pre-application workshop.

The one-hour workshop will be hosted Thursday, April 1, on Zoom and begin at noon. Registration is required for participation, ksufoundation.org/all-in/.

Workshop participants will gain understanding of what is considered a “fundable idea” and what is needed for a project to move forward as an All In for K-State applicant.

During the inaugural All In for K-State, more than $320,000 was raised in one day to benefit one cause, Cats’ Cupboard, the food pantry serving all Kansas State University students, faculty and staff. The second All In for K-State day of giving was scheduled for 2020 and delayed until March 24, 2021, due to the pandemic. It addresses the high cost of traditional textbooks in support of Textbooks 2.0, Kansas State University’s open/alternative textbook initiative that has already saved students $6.8 million in six years.
